Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy:

Flat Rate:

  • A flat shipping rate of $25.00 dollars (CND) will be charged for ground service on orders being delivered within Canada*. 
  • A flat shipping rate of $35.00 dollars (CND) will be charged for ground service on orders being delivered within the United States*.

Curlers Corner will waive the flat rate shipping fee on purchases over $500.00. If items are returned and the order falls below $450.00 the flat rate shipping charge will be deducted from the refunded amount.

*U.S. customers are responsible for all customs / import duties. 

Estimated Delivery Times: 

Most orders arrive within 7-10 business days. Estimated delivery times apply to in-stock items only. You may receive several shipments to fulfill the completion of your order. If you require rush courier services, please contact us to make arrangements.

Returns and Exchanges:

Most items may be returned for exchange or refund within 30 days after shipping. Items must be new, unused, and in original package. Items must include original receipt, invoice or packing slip. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. 

Customer must contact via email with details of purchase to receive a Return Authorization Number and address to which the product must be returned.

Restrictions: Flat Rate Shipping is only available in Canada and the United States. International orders please contact us for shipping rate details. 

Remote Locations: Remote locations including Nunavut and the High Arctic must contact us for shipping information as costs and delivery times may differ.

Oversize Items: Orders containing large products, such as brooms, are more expensive to ship. An oversize surcharge may be applied to offset our increased shipping cost. You will be contacted if the surcharge is applied.

 Back Orders / Discontinued Items: In the event that a back ordered or discontinued item should be available for purchase on our website, you will be notified via email or phone within 24-36 hours (weekends and holidays excluded) to make an adjustment to your purchase. If we receive no reply from you by phone or email within 5 business days, the remainder of the order (excluding the back ordered item(s), will be shipped and you will be refunded for the unavailable item(s).
